Our Story, your service.

We started Care Access because we realised that the NDIS claims process was costing Disability Sector practitioners and providers an unnecessary amount of time, energy and resource.

We developed a unique process to smooth things out – offering seamless NDIS integration as a managed service, through our trusted platform.

For the provider or practice this means plans created autonomously, errors or omissions in your claims detected and fixed, and all this easy-to-use functionality wrapped up in one intuitive interface. With fast-tracked claims, fewer rejections, and less time, money and effort spent on admin – providers can focus more on their primary job, it’s as simple as that.

If you’re a provider that has existing infrastructure and applications, but can’t integrate directly without significant cost – Care Access is perfect for you. It’s about connecting you directly, seamlessly and cost-efficiently to the NDIA.

Our solution is a valuable cost-saver for large agency providers and small practitioners alike. Larger providers will enjoy a fully integrated service hub with end-to-end claim processing. Whereas small providers with less than 500 cases a month will find our intuitive entry level web interface a useful efficiency tool.

On the topic of cost-saving, we also consider ourselves an ethical choice, with unlimited transactions per case – all charged to the provider.

As for talent, we have a hyper-experienced team – to whom industry technology and software is second nature, and industry knowledge second to none. Collectively we have over 100 years of IT and process optimisation experience, all ready to share with you.

We’re also proud to be privately owned and based in Melbourne, with all data kept and managed inside Australian borders.

We pride ourselves on maintaining a current ISO compliance certification and have a fulltime cyber security expert who closely monitors our in-house development teams to ensure adherence to both ISO and NDIA cyber security standards.

At Care Access, we understand the importance of data security, which is why we emphasise that our customers are responsible for the security of the data within their systems. As part of our commitment to maintaining a high level of security, we require that all data be hosted within Australia, ensuring compliance with local regulations. This also applies to email content, providing an added layer of protection for your sensitive information.

By partnering with Care Access, NDIA providers can confidently access our managed service, knowing that their data security is a top priority. We strive to offer a reliable and secure platform that meets the stringent requirements of both ISO and NDIA standards.
